Western and Cowboy Artist lecture by Dr. Bill Ward

Dr. Dean Griffin, along with Sue Bloom, head of the McDaniel College Art Department, have arranged for Dr. William “Bill” Ward of Wyoming to lecture at the college on October 13th at 7:00 pm at Peterson Hall. He will be discussing his collection of rare western art by E. William “Bill” Gollings. Ward wrote two books on the subject and he and his wife donated $5 million dollars worth of their Gollings painting to the University of Wyoming. The lecture is free and the public is invited to this rare opportunity to discuss western artworks. Ward can be contacted at wward@netcommander.com.
