Show Off Awesome Halloween Costumes at the Fall Harvest Days Costume Contest

A costume parade and contest will be held during Fall Harvest Days at the Farm Museum.

Think you have the best Halloween costume this year? Show it off in the costume parade and contest at the Fall Harvest Days at the Carroll County Farm Museum on Oct. 20.

Fall Harvest Days will take place Saturday, Oct. 19 and Sunday, Oct. 20 and will feature country bluegrass and folk music, food and craft vendors, museum tours, scarecrow making, wagon rides, corn cannon, threshing demos, old fashioned games and more.

The parade and judging will begin at 1:45 p.m. behind the historic farmhouse. Afterwards, children can make a treat bag and visit the "Treat Alley."

There will be three age groups: ages up to 4 years, ages 5-8 and ages 9-12. The categories are Best Homemade Costume, Most Creative and Funniest. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for ages 7-18 and seniors and 6 and under are free with a paying adult.
