Freedom Fitness is the best things I've done to get the excercise I need. The fitness instructors are awesome, warm, and you do not feel intimidated in the class. I love the relax environment, and you can make mistakes, you dont' have to be as coordinated as others, we are all different sizes, it doesn't manner, we all just have a great time and leave a sweaty mess. I love the different options of class, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Booty Camp, it's flexible, it's perfect and the price it right! Thank you Freedom Fitness. Bring a friend, they usually have a "free" session, you'll be glad you did.

Thrive is not like other gyms or other fitness centers. Thrive offers a great variety of group classes and completely personal, attentive, supportive and knowledgeable trainers who are dedicated to helping regular women just like you and me. One of the beauties of Thrive is that the patrons of Thrive are never trying to figure out what to do or how to help themselves because that’s what the trainers at Thrive do. Each class offers a different kind of work and focus, geared to what you are looking to change or accomplish. HERE IS THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE …the women at Thrive are like a family. We support and like each other. We cheer accomplishments like the “ 30 pounds lost and total closet purging” shared by a patron in a spin class last week. Everyone at thrive belongs, and for that reason it is not scary or intimidating to sign up or be there. I lost 5 pounds my first week at Thrive and at age 52, I am for the first time in life wearing a size six. I cannot believe the progress I have made in terms of fitness, muscle development, balance, endurance and self confidence and just plain happiness. Thrive is not just good for your body it is good for your soul!

I recommend freedom fitness to everyone. As a larger woman, it can be intimidating to go to a gym or fitness class but freedom fitness is welcoming to everyone and really allows you to work at any level. There are people of all age groups there. One of the greatest selling points for me was their great childcare. My kids ask me every day if we are going to exercise class because they want to play in the play room. +Really great child care and class instructors+
