Papa Joe's is expanding and taking over what used to be Westminster Station at the Carroll Plaza Shopping Center. Look for them to open as early as February. Papa Joe's will continue to operate in their current location after the expansion, offering subs and other goodies like handcut fries.

Pottery Loft is now Meltdown. Meltdown will offer the same services as before in addition to other art offerings including glass work.

Wine Me Up! is now the Artisan Wine Co. The new owners will continue to offer wines but they have beefed up the menu and now have craft beers on tap too.

The old Harry's Sub Shop on Baltimore Blvd. is being renovated into an Enterprise car rental store.

le Ragazze, an Italian bistro, has taken over the former Frisco's Pub in Carroll Plaza Shopping Center. Locally owned, the renovated restaurant offers a variety of home cooked dishes including pasta, pizza, seafood and hoagies, among other things.

The Hairport, specializing in hair and nail design, is now operating in the former Dutterer's Flower Shop at 114 Pennsylvania Ave. Just peer into the large display window to check out their work.
