Jenni: I was born and raised in Westminster, attended , and began my real estate career 7 years ago.

Patch: What do you like about working in this community?

Jenni: Working in the community where I was born and raised has allowed me to give back to the local charities, and network with other young professionals I grew up with.  It's amazing to see what everyone is doing since graduating, and encouraging each other in our careers.

Patch: Were you surprised by winning the award? What does it mean to you that you were selected to receive this award?

Jenni: I was very surprised by winning the award. It was a great night for my company as I not only won "The Shining Star" award, but Sharon Hooper, a Realtor with Utz Real Estate, won "Rookie of the Year".  I was proud to have been recognized for the accomplishments throughout the year.

Patch: Describe the real estate market in Carroll County right now.

Jenni: I have noticed a spike in the market, and it looks like the spring/summer market will be positive!

Patch: What's it like working with your dad?

Jenni: I enjoy working with my father, we have a great working relationship. All in all, I would say his involvement in local politics has been a help because he has made a lot of great contacts.
