Celtic Canter Proceeds Benefit Target

Dr. Patrick R. Gallagher III, DDS, PA, David Johansson of O’Lordans Irish Pub & Restaurant and Mayor Kevin Utz, City of Westminster, presented a generous $3,000 gift to Dr. Tom Zirpoli, President & CEO of Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. (Target) and the Laurence J. Adams Endowed Chair at McDaniel College. This gift represents a portion of the proceeds raised through the Celtic Canter, an annual 5K fundraiser. Proceeds from this event were donated to the Carroll County Children’s Fund, Inc., Access Carroll, Inc. and Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. This community support serves as an investment in Target’s community-based services that enhance the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
