RIGHTTIME MEDICAL CARE NAMES NEW CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Righttime Medical Care, a leading regional urgent care provider, has hired Christopher Rott, SPHR, as chief human resources officer.   Rott will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting, staffing, education and training, benefits administration, organizational development and assistance to employees working for Righttime Medical and HeadFirst Sports Injury and Concussion Care.

Mr. Rott, who specializes in businesses undergoing expansion, has over 25 years experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational management. Prior to coming to Righttime, Mr. Rott served as vice president of a global media firm. A former professor at the University of Maryland, Rott taught classes in human resources and labor law. He is also a published author on the topic of human resources.

Mr. Rott earned his Bachelors degree in Psychology at Flagler College and his Masters in Human Resources at Nova Southeastern University.
