Carroll County Road Construction Schedule Week of July 8
Motorists should expect delays at these construction sites.
Motorists are asked to use caution when traveling through these work areas. We appreciate the public’s cooperation and patience with any traffic delays as construction and rehabilitation continues on the County’s roads and bridges.
Alto Avenue – Pavement Testing AMEC
Baughman Mill Road – On or about July 2, the road will be closed for pipe culvert installation. Road will be closed through August 23, 2013, barring any weather delays. Alternate detour routes will be posted.
Bartholow Road (Between 32 and Caren Drive) – Road Improvements. Road will be closed on or about Monday, June 17 through Aug. 5, barring any weather delays. Alternate detour routes will be posted.
Black Rock Road – Pavement Testing AMEC
Church Street North – Pavement Testing AMEC
Conan Doyle Way – Pavement testing AMEC
Hawks Hill Road (Sam’s Creek Rd to Old New Windsor Road) – Milling and paving C.J. Miller, LLC.
