The Westminster Fallfest will take over downtown Sept. 22 through Sept. 25, are you ready?
If it's September in Carroll County then it means the Westminster Fallfest is right around the corner. This year's Westminster Fallfest will run from Thursday, Sept. 22 until Sunday, Sept. 25.
One of Fallfest's most popular events is scarecrow making under the big tent. Fallfest goers can make their own scarecrow to take home for $10 or buy an already made scarecrow for $15.
