- The Who's Who Charity Masquerade Ball
Where: St. Johns Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St, Westminster

Description: Second annual masquerade ball includes dancing, cocktails, dinner and dessert. Proceeds from the night benefit Human Services of Carroll County and the Carroll County Association of Realtors Foundation, Inc.
