Carroll County Farm Museum
When: Saturday, May 21, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
Why Go: Learn about sustainable living in Maryland. There will be local artisans, musicians, food, interactive demonstrations, organic produce and plants, green building materials, renewable energy technologies and transportation innovations.
Price: Free. Event will be held rain or shine. 


Blue Grass Jam
Where: Coffey Music, 31 East Main Street
When:  Friday, May 20, 7 p.m.
Why go: Bring your banjo, guitar or fiddle and let Bob provide the bass. These jams are attracting more and more people. Some people listen, most participate. Whether you're a picker, grinner or listener, you are welcome to join in.

Gotham Comics Celebration
Where:  Gotham Comics, 15 E. Main Street, Westminster
When:  Friday, May 20, and Saturday, May 21, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Why go:  Join in this 8th Anniversary Celebration and enjoy super savings on everything from board games to graphic novels to Yu-Gi-Oh cards. Sign-up for the hourly door prizes all day long and at 5 p.m. test your comic book knowledge in a trivia contest. Free comics too.

Why go: Catch two great big bands live - The Blue Moon Big Band and Big Band Caliente.
Price: $20.00 for Adults and $18.00 for Arts Council members, students & seniors.
