Get out the Costumes, Trick-or-Treating is On Tonight

Trick-or-Treating will go on in Westminster despite the chaos caused by Hurricane Sandy.

Tuesday evening's Halloween parade was cancelled but city officials confirm that trick-or-treating activities will go on Wednesday evening in Westminster as planned.

Trick-or-treaters should go to homes with a porch light on between the hours of 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Prepare for chilly trick-or-treating weather. According to the National Weather Service (NWS), Wednesday will be cloudy with a high of 53 degrees and Wednesday night will be cloudy with a low around 39 degrees.
