Health Department Needs to Find Dog That Bit Person

The unknown dog bit the person at Skyline Way and Snowfall Way in Westminster.

The Carroll County Health Department is asking area residents for help in finding a dog that bit a person at the crossroads of Skyline Way and Snowfall Way in Westminster.

The dog was described as having a large build, short length tan coat with a darker brown face and wearing a collar.

According to the Health Department, it is likely that the victim of the attack will be treated with a series of post-exposure rabies shots, if the dog has not been located and verified to be in good health by the morning of July 19.
