How Socially Savvy Are You? Carroll County Wants to Know

An article on Mashable.com reports that 64.2 million U.S. citizens use their mobile devices for social networking, with more than half of them doing so “almost every day.”

Now Carroll County government wants to know how you use that social media too. With a five question survey, the Emergency Management Department wants to know how you want to get information in an emergency.
