Marriage Resource Center Recognizes Marriage Educators

The Marriage Resource Center of Carroll County hosted its 6th Annual Celebrate Marriage Dinner at Martins Westminster.

In addition to a guest speaker, silent auction and delicious food, the event included the presentation of an award to local marriage educators.

This year's winners were marriage educators and trainers, Greg and Terri Miller of Westminster.

Previous winners include: Marriage Advocates Doug and Barbara Stiegler, founders of The Maryland Family Protection Lobby, The Carroll County Times for an outstanding series or articles on fatherhood and marriage, and Carroll County Public Schools Health Teachers for demonstrating outstanding efforts in incorporating WAIT Training (Why Am I Tempted?) into the health curriculum.
