There may be traffic delays as a result of road construction projects in Carroll County this week.

The following road construction is planned for Carroll County this week.

  • Clipper Hills/ Hilltop (Gardenia Street, Tulip Court, Violet Court, Saddle Drive, Roan Court)--Fine grading for paving by M.T. Laney, Inc.
  • Dickenson Road Extension--Road and utility construction by Stambaugh’s, Inc.
  • Grand Valley Road--Bridge replacement. Detour routes have been posted. Work will be done by Conewago Contractors
  • Sullivan Road (MD 140 to MD 27)--Shoulder backup by C.J. Miller, LLC
  • Roop Road (MD 26 to MD 27)--Shoulder backup by C.J. Miller, LLC
  • Salem Bottom Road (MD 854 to Muller Road)--Shoulder backup by C. J. Miller, LLC

Motorists should use caution when traveling through these work areas.
