State Police Hold Prescription Take-Back Program Saturday

The Westminster Barrack of the Maryland State Police will accept unwanted prescription medicines Saturday.

The Maryland State Police Westminster Barrack will participate in this Saturday’s National Drug Take-Back Program.

The will have a trooper available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 28 to accept and dispose of any unwanted prescription medication.  Anyone who wishes to dispose of prescription medication can simply walk into the lobby of the state police barracks located at 1100 Baltimore Blvd, Westminster (next to the MVA) and hand it to the trooper, no questions asked.

The Maryland State Police is working in conjunction with the DEA and numerous state and local law enforcement agencies throughout the country this Saturday in an effort to make disposing prescription medications convenient and safe.
