Top News: A ‘Picked On’ Shooter, Wine Contest and Baby Seat Recall

A Westminster man who faces 18 charges in a double shooting in Eldersburg took “offense” to what someone else said to him the evening police said he fired his gun at a group of people, according to a report.

The popular Bumbo Baby Seat has been recalled after 34 babies have fallen out of the seats while they were used on the floor or at an unknown elevation. 

The Maryland Wine Festival will include an amateur wine judging competition.
