The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host motivational speaker and author Greg Wagner at its December member luncheon.
Wagner, whose book Unwavering Light details his winning struggle over a crippling disability, will address attendees at the Chamber's member luncheon, 12pm-1:30pm on December 18 at the Portico of St. John in Westminster. Members are encouraged to bring a guest.
Wagner survived a ruptured brain aneurism at the age of three and went on to teach himself to play baseball and was later scouted by four Major League Baseball teams. In the face of his disability, Greg has earned a brown belt in WTF-certified Taekwondo and has completed five marathons, including a first-place finish in the mobility-impaired division at the Boston Marathon. He promises to be an inspiration for those who attend the luncheon.
“Without doubt, impossible remains and undefined word,” says Wagner. “Never doubt what you can do tomorrow.”
