Human Service Programs of Carroll County, Inc. (HSP) presents FREE tax preparation for anyone making less than $52,000 in the year of 2013. If you worked at all-even just a few weeks-you can get a refund! Call (410)-857-2999 to schedule your appointment. Opened January 21st to April 15th. Monday and Tuesday appointment available from 10am to 3pm. Wednesday and Thursday appointments available 1pm to 7pm. HSP will hold three separate Saturday hours on January 25th, February 1st, and February 15th from 10am to 4pm.
