The Arc of Carroll County Annual Dinner and Community Awards

The Arc of Carroll County holds its Annual Dinner and Community Awards to honor staff and members of the community who have made a difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

The evening features music by The Eric Byrd Trio, a seated meal and an inspirational awards presentation.
