The at 15 South Cranberry Rd. has everything chocolate (white chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate).Gifts can be customized and built to fit any price range.

Editor's Pick: My favorite is their chocolate covered pretzels that are not only delicious, they are also decorated with different toppings so they are festive.

Guilianova's Groceria at 11 East Main St. is handmaking chocolate covered Driscoll strawberries injected with Grand Marnier. Custom order your strawberries ($20.99 per pound) using white dark chocolate. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Saturday for Tuesday pick up.

Editor's Note: I tasted one of these babies the other day and it was heavenly. The strawberries are big and juicy and ripe and the chocolate melts right in your mouth. Seriously a good gift.

Flowers

specializes in fresh cut flowers. Although owner Karen Shaw says red roses are always popular, she said that often men come in with the directive to "get something different and unique". She suggests bright, fragrant bouquets that include other "love" flowers like irises, tulips, lilies and orchids. Bouquest range in price depending on the type of flower and number of flowers chosen.

Editor's Pick: I'm a sucker for Gerbera daisies. I love all the vibrant colors but the deep shades of red and pink make me giddy.

at 92 1/2 East Main St. is a full-service florist specializing in weddings. But the crew at Flowers by Evelyn can put together some beautiful arrangements.

Editor's Pick: I'm sticking with the daisies.

Jewelry

at 41 East Main St. offers a variety of classic and contemporary rings, bracelets and necklaces that scream "Be Mine" for Valentine's Day.

Store Manager Jennifer Rush said that most of their Valentine's Day purchases happen on Feb. 14. She said that heart jewelry is popular year round and that typically jewelry choices are more focused on the taste of the gift recipient than on the holiday theme (i.e. a heart for Valentine's Day).

Editor's Pick: I'm partial to white gold or sterling silver topped with a ruby, and not even just for Valentine's Day. Ruby is my birthstone and it's always been my favorite gemstone.
