Blog: HSP Prepares To Unleash YouTube Video

A crisp, fall like morning is a perfect backdrop for an outdoor video shoot that features 30 cheering voices pumping their fists to "WE ARE HSP!"

Human Services Programs, Carroll County Inc. gathered its troops Friday morning in front of their offices at 10 Distillery Drive to participate in a YouTube video production entitled, "We Are HSP."

The video is intended to help viewers embrace the acronym and relate it to the agency's identifying name."This is one of many initiatives we are embarking upon to let people know who we are," said Cindy Parr, executive director for HSP. "We are the largest non profit agency in Carroll County with a quarter of a century history of helping people. It's important that we raise the level of awareness relative to the distinction of the services we provide."

HSP is the gateway for Carroll County's low income and at-risk population. The agency helps to provide assistance to its clients for the most basic of needs: housing, energy assistance and a host of family support services.

HSP is hoping to debut its YouTube video in early October. Ebu Productions located in Westminster is donating the services for the production and post production of the video. You can check them out at www.ebuzzproductions.com
