Food Sunday: Make it Count in April
Carroll County Food Sunday is participating in the Feinstein Foundation Challenge during the months of March and April.
If you've thought about making a donation to Carroll County Food Sunday, you could get more bang for your buck through the end of April thanks to the Feinstein Foundation.
The Feinstein Foundation has pledged $1 million to be divided proportionally among food banks nationwide based on donations received during March and April.
Any non perishable food or financial contribution given to Food Sunday through April 30 will help the organization's efforts to provide food security to families in Carroll County.

In 2011 Food Sunday provided over 61,000 meal portions to food insecure families, according to a news release.
