I was recently reminded how important my product story was to really convey why I'm so passionate about what I do helping others. You can read about it on my blog, but the cliff-notes version is that my skin has never been happy for about 20 years since I turned about 10. I didn't know I had "sensitive skin" or what that even meant, but thankfully I have finally learned how to take care of my skin and get to help others in the process.
Some tips:
- Wash with cool water/luke warm water, never hot (hot water often makes sensitive skin worse)
- Make sure to use a non-foaming cleanser (not standard soap)
- Use a sensitive skin treatment and/or moisturizer step to repair your damaged external skin layers
- And lastly sunblock every single day!
