laws regarding someone having pics of your children even tho told not to

Anyone know what  the law is if someone NOT RELATED TO YOU TAKES PICS OF YOUR CHILDREN POSTS THEM ONLINE Facebook & emails them to others .I told this person to stop to no avail.
