Senior neglect..

Carroll Hospital Center neglects the fastest growing segment of the population in Carroll Co. by not having a Geriatric Care Program...none,,,nada... a support group is needed for geriatric human beings in need of care in Carroll and their families. The Hospital has ignored this devastating existing condition even though they are well aware of it. It doesn't PAY very well, especially when memory issues come into play.
