Thinking past gas stations

The PNC Bank on the

corner of Main and Penn. Ave is currently for sale.  Recently an article appeared in the Carroll County Times, possibly opening another gas station there.  We personally don't like to see the property vacant but not a gas station.  There are so many much needed businesses that the area could benefit by.  Main street has more stations than needed, think about it.  It is a lovely corner and we really would greatly appreciate something more for the community.
