The mother told police there was a pair of scissors next to her son and the girl and that the victim said; "He told me if I was to scream that he was going to cut me" and "He shoved his thing in me," Fox reported.
The victim had been visiting the southwest Baltimore home where the incident took place.
Police documents state that the mother was upstairs with her 2-year-old son, laying him down for a nap when she told the 14-year-old to clean the living room. She told police she went to check on him after noticing that it was very quiet, and subsequently witnessed the rape.
The teen was placed under arrest and transported to CBIF to be charged as an adult. The charges listed against him include first- and second-degree rape, Fox reported.
