Man Charged for Igniting Molotov Cocktail in Library Parking Lot
A Molotov cocktail was found in the library parking lot by an employee on March 17.
A 22-year-old man has been charged with making and setting off a Molotov cocktail-type-device in the parking lot on March 17.
The self-extinguished device was located in the parking lot by a library employee who notified 911, according to a state fire marshal release.
William Arthur Campson, 22, was charged with manufacture/possession/distribution of a destructive device and obstruction of a fire marshal investigation. He was served the criminal summons without incident at his residence, the fire marshal said.

If convicted of the charges, Campson faces penalties of up to 28 years imprisonment and/or $250,000 in fines.
