One Dead After Hampstead Crash

The sheriff's office is still investigating the collision.

A 43-year-old Hampstead man was killed Monday night after the vehicle he was driving struck a tree, according to the Carroll County Sherriff’s Office. 

Deputies responded to a collision at MD Route 482 and Panther Drive in Hampstead at about 8:50 p.m. according to a statement released by the sheriff’s office. When they arrived, they identified the injured driver as Craig Reoli, 43.

According to deputies, Reoli was driving when the front driver’s side of his vehicle hit a tree. Reoli was taken to the Carroll Hospital Center and later pronounced dead.
