Police Charge Four Suspects in Hampstead Armed Robbery

The suspects are charged on four counts related to two incidents earlier this month.

Police have arrested two males and two females on charges including armed robbery and assault for two incidents that occurred in the Manchester/Hampstead area earlier this month. 

In the early morning hours of July 19, a man was assaulted outside his Hampstead home when he confronted four individuals who were knocking at his front door, according to police reports. The suspects were armed with a BB gun and a knife, police said. After assaulting the victim, the four suspects fled in a red vehicle, police said. 

Several hours prior to this incident, there was an armed robbery in Manchester and police said the believed the two incidents to be related. 

On Thursday, July 25, police arrested and charged the following four individuals for their involvement in the two incidents:

  • Mark Andrew Topper, 32
  • Candice Horner, 46
  • Daniela June Reynolds, 27
  • Shawn Tyler Livesay, 18
The suspects were charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, attempted robbery, first degree assault, second degree assault and reckless endangerment, according to police reports.
