Police Want to Question this Man

Police said the man is not wanted for committing a crime at this time, he is just wanted for questioning.

The is seeking the assistance of the public in
attempting to identify a person that may have possessed a firearm in the
area of Johahn Drive and Windsor Drive on Thursday May 3.

On the morning of the May 3, a teenage female reported to the police that an unknown male approached her near her home and asked her to accompany him to an unknown store, police said.

The encounter ended without incident but the reporting party thought the
man had a pistol tucked into the waistband of his pants, police said.

According to police, Westminster Elementary School was put on a "brief and modified lock down" Thursday. Police said the area is safe.

The male was described as an African American male, 15 to 25 years of age, 5-foot-eight to six-foot tall, slender build, 125 to 150 pounds, with crooked teeth. Police drew a composite of the subject.

Police said this individual is not wanted for committing any crime at this time however investigators would like to identify and speak with him about his encounter on Thursday.
