Report: Perry Hall Woman Charged With Theft, Conspiracy in Carroll County

A local woman was arrested and served a warrant issued in Carroll County.

A Perry Hall woman was arrested Monday, as authorities carried out a warrant from Carroll County,according to the Carroll County Times.

Police arrested Donna Lambert, 51, in Baltimore County on Monday and charged her with two counts of theft from $1,000 to less than $10,000, two counts of theft less than $1,000, one county of conspiracy and nine counts of being rogue and vagabond.

Lambert was first arrested on Jan. 9, in connection with several thefts from unlocked vehicles on Dec. 19 in the Manchester Farms community of Carroll County.
