Update: One Dead in Collision on Rt. 91 in Finksburg Wednesday Morning

A Finksburg man died in a car accident on Rt. 91 north of Deer Park Road Wednesday morning. 

According to police, a silver Toyota FJ Cruiser was traveling north on Rt. 91 when a green Chevrolet Silverado traveling south crossed the center line and hit the Toyota head on. 

The driver of the Chevrolet, Michael Lee Bewley, 44, of Finksburg, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics, police said. The driver of the Toyota, Amy Dorothy Crise, 49, of Finksburg, was transported by ambulance to Shock Trauma with unknown injuries, police said. 

Rt. 91 was shut down for hours, police said, and the Maryland State police C.R.A.S.H. Team responded and assisted with traffic control.
