Sheriff: Carroll County's Most Wanted
These individuals are wanted by the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.
Erik Vargas Allende is wanted for violation of probation, attempt to drive under the influence according to the Sheriff's website. Allende, 38, is five-feet, seven-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. His last known address is 1206 W. 42nd St., Baltimore.
Heather Marie Grogg is wanted for failure to appear, child support according to the Sheriff's Department website. Grogg, 26, is five-foot, two inches tall and 160 pounds. She has blue eyes, red hair and tattoos are on her ankles. Her last known address is 2544 Chestnut Ridge Rd, Granstville.
