Westminster Fire Company is Used to the Heat
Patch highlights some of the calls Westminster Fire Company firefighters and EMS have responded to this week.
July 20: Engine 33, Tower 3, Medic 38, Special Unit 3, Chief 3-1, and surrounding companies responded to a house fire. Engine 33 and Chief 3-1 arrived with light smoke showing from a two-story farm house. Units made quick work of a small kitchen fire and command scaled the incident back to company 3 within 15 minutes.
July 16: Engine 33, Medic 38, and Medic 39 handled a vehicle collision with one trapped at 140 and Malcolm Drive.
July 15: Engine 33 and Medic 38 responded to a vehicle collision at Old Westminster Road and Stone Chapel. One person was trapped when units arrived at the scene, the patient was extricated within 10 minutes.
