Carroll Business Path Open House

Learn more about resources for Carroll County's entrepreneurs and small business owners at Wednesday's event.

Owners of small businesses in Carroll County, and individuals considering starting a small business, might find some valuable resources at the Carroll Business Path open house on Wednesday.

The Carroll Business Path Partners will host the event at the Carroll Community College K Building Conference Center beginning at 8 a.m. to "discuss no-cost and low-cost business support services," according to a news release.

Representatives from the Carroll County Dept. of Economic Development, the Miller Center at , the Carroll County Small Business Development Center and the will be present.

Information also will be presented on . The purpose of the Loan Fund is to assist small companies obtain financing when conventional loans are not possible.

Economic Development Administrator Jon Weetman said, “Whether you’re in a position to refer entrepreneurs to the Carroll Business Path or in a position to provide services to businesses participating in the Carroll Business Path or maybe even both, the open house will be a great opportunity to learn how you can become connected.”
