Carroll County Mailing New Voter Cards
The county Board of Elections is mailing new cards to all county voters.
The Board of Elections will be mailing new voter notification cards to all active voters in Carroll County, according to a press release.
The card will show the voters new Congressional District and information on Early Voting as required by law.
Early Voting begins on March 24, and the Primary Election Day is Tuesday, April 3.
