Carroll County Road Closures

The following is a list of road closures as of noon. Carroll County Emergency Management Coordinator Jim Weed cautions that this list is fluid, meaning it is constantly changing as debris are cleared and roads are made passable again.

Weed said they are clearning the roads as quickly as possible. He said that in many instances, the county is waiting for BGE to clear downed lines before county crews can actually clear the roadway.

The Maryland State Police have issued a statement warning motorists to use caution when driving through intersections with traffic signals as many of the signals are not working.
