Common Council Agenda: Contract Bids, Taco Bell, Office Space

The Westminster Common Council will meet tonight, Monday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

The Westminster Common Council will meet tonight for the first time in more than a month. Their last regularly scheduled meeting was canceled because there was no new business on the agenda.

Tonight's meeting is open to the public and citizen comments are heard by the council towards the end of the meeting.

The following bids will be discussed at tonight's meeting:

  • Contract for Replacement Electronic Access Control System presented by Police Chief Jeff Spaulding
  • City Hall Roof Repair presented by Department of Utilities Administrator Jeff Glass
  • Equipment Replacement presented by Department of Utilities Administrator Jeff Glass
  • Pennsylvania Avenue Lighting Project presented by Department of Utilities Administrator Jeff Glass

There are two ordinances and resolutions on the agenda for discussion and approval:

  • Ordinance No. 830--Administrative Fees for Unpaid Red Light Citations presented by Police Chief Jeff Spaulding
  • Resolution No. 11-12--Extension of Episcopal Housing Agreement presented by City Administrator Marge Wolf
