For the government to promote activity that knowingly causes damage to thousands of human beings in many ways, while also promoting an increase in criminal activity should be considered criminal activity by the government. A corrupt government that can not figure out ways to manage fiscal responsibility without participating in such immoral and damaging behavior needs to be removed.
