County Surveying Residents on Emergency Shelter Services

Take this short, simple survey to help county government determine citizen needs in an emergency.

The Carroll County Emergency Management department is asking residents to complete an emergency shelter services survey.

Several county government departments are working to gain perspective on individual and family actions regarding sheltering during a significant or catastrophic event within Carroll County. This information will help guide the county in the development of shelter and recovery plans and procedures according to a news release.

This survey consists of only 6 questions and is strictly anonymous and confidential.

Printed versions of the survey are available at all County Libraries and Senior Centers and should be returned no later than December 10, 2012 to the address on the bottom of the survey.
