Board of County Commissioners Meeting Open Session

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners are holding an open session meeting in Room 311 of the County Office Building. The agenda includes: public comment, public notice/reminder of 1st Nationwide Test of Emergency Alert System and a PlanMaryland Discussion.
