Board of County Commissioners Meeting Open Session

The Carroll County Board of Commissioners open session meeting takes place in room 311 of the County Office Building. The agenda will include: public comment, a presentation of Access Carroll business plan and Maryland Access Point Expansion Grant Welcome Home Housing Program.
