Public Hearing for Proposed Picketing Ordinance

A Public Hearing is set for the proposed picketing ordinance Chapter 197  intended to regulate picketing in Carroll County. Interested public are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held in Room 003 of the Carroll County Office Building.
