The Carroll County Technical Review Committee is holding an open session meeting in Rooms 003 and 004 of the County Office Building. The projects being discussed include:
- BGE Saint Paul Road Substations, S-11-027 - Site plan for an unmanned electrical substation.
- ELY Property, S-11-010 - Site plan for a 100 unit assisted living/Alzheimer's building and a 135 unit independent living building.
