Riders will board the shuttle at either the Town Mall in Westminster or the Carrolltowne Mall in Eldersburg. The shuttle will operate 3 days a week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the shuttle will go to Baltimore and on Wednesdays the shuttle will go to Fort Detrick.
