Office of Public Safety Gets Social on Facebook
The Carroll County Office of Public Safety has launched a Facebook page to engage with citizens.
The Government Office of Public Safety Support Services has launched a Facebook page to help keep citizens informed prior to and during emergency situations.
This page features general information regarding safety and emergency preparedness, notifications, warnings and updates from Carroll County Emergency Management, 911 Communications and Fire Protection.
The mission of the social media initiative, according to a news release, is to directly engage with the people who live, work and play in Carroll County in an effort to keep them informed and better prepared before, during and after a crisis occurs.
