Carroll County Public School will open two hours late Thursday, Jan. 23 due to inclement weather.
The mid-Atlantic region is still digging out from a winter storm that hit Tuesday and left behind single digit temperatures. Carroll County schools were closed Tuesday, Wednesday and now will delay opening by two hours on Thursday.
Carroll County's public school system has used four of its five scheduled snow days so far this year.
